WALL CHANNEL SYSTEM \| This patented wall channel system provides a complete solution for supporting insulated panels. The channels and fittings work together to create a gas and vapour tight seal between rooms. The 45 degree incline wedge, as required by OMAFRA in the food industry, makes cleaning easier and increases hygiene, while also providing an aesthetic finish. The channels and fittings are made from aluminum and subsequently anodized to make the product resistant to a variety of environments and chemicals. The fittings are powder coated for added durability; the channels can be powder coated to match the fittings or in a variety of colours if desired. Currently our channels and fittings are designed for 4" insulated panels, but a variety of sizes are planned for the near future.
